There has to be something amazingly cosmic, something soulmate-ish about that. Because sHe was right.

I thought sHe might, but I'm not really sure. I get mixed signals all the time, and it's confusing me. To get an idea of how I feel about this awkward situation, try this.

1. Find a playful puppy. A cute one is bonus.
2. Have him sit 5 yards away from you, watching you.
3. Outreach your arms and welcome him to you. (Use those cutesy wutesy expressions if you need to.)
4. When he reaches 1 yard from you, turn on him and order him back to his original spot.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you bore of him.

After all this, what does he think you feel?

Yeah, me neither. But I continue to try to be accommodating; I can only hope for the best.

The puppy should move one yard closer then turn away and stay at least 6 yards away. It would give her a taste of her own medicine.
