Well, I'm nearing the date of my birthday 2003 ... let's see how I matched up against my goals.

- weight at 154lb
- bench press at 205lb with full reps (215lb on a good day)
- left shoulder still messed up
- abs in a six-pack? nowhere close
- love handles back with reinforcements
- appendix scar healed, but still tender (and very visible)
- resting heart rate at 65bpm-ish

Ugh, not very good.
