With extra cycles, this is what my brain conjures up.
Mostly, it wonders about things that people take for granted.
Or that they don't care about wasting time with.

I use my toothbrush as a straight-edge to crease the tube and squeeze as much paste to the tip as possible. I push as much paste as I can get out with my thumb until I can't take the pain anymore.
You actually use toothpaste?! What a waste of money! It's all a marketing ploy I tell ya.
I clean my teeth by rubbing them with my fingers (after a good wash) and scraping tartar and plaque off using my fingernails. I haven't had a cavity yet.
I have been tempted to just rip the toothpaste tube and dig in with my toothbrush.. but then figure that that would make way too much mess than I'm prepared for..

I usually go until the toothpaste seems to be half-empty (or that simply squeezing the middle of the tube yields no toothpaste). Then I use the edge of the sink/counter and run the tube along it, pushing all the paste up towards the cap side. And then I fold it around halfway (so the paste doesn't try to go back). Repeat until the paste is mostly gone, and even folding that cap part sideways doesn't get me more paste.
