Pent Up
One day, someone (with their scooter) is going to piss me off so much that I'm going to wait until they park it, leave, and then I'm going to secure my disc brake lock on their bike and leave it there.
With extra cycles, this is what my brain conjures up.
Mostly, it wonders about things that people take for granted.
Or that they don't care about wasting time with.

Well, you can probably buy a few cheaper locks. There must be some that go for < $100nt a piece. Well-worth the return.
You said you want the lock to be hidden away? I don't think you should. It should be very obvious. You want to cause the person trouble, not kill him.
