They seem to be on your side in the beginning but once you have had a successful interview, they turn around. Ultimately, who pays them? It's not you as a potential employee...<BR/><BR/>Personal network always works in my case.. I have had an easier time in two of the jobs I held becuase I knew people in key positions..
